[ ] Do not create a ManipulatorMarker if no IK solver is set.
[ ] Destroy the ManipulatorMarker if the IK solver is removed.
[ ] Re-create the ManipulatorMarker if the IK solver changes.
[ ] Hide the "inverse kinematics" menu option if the marker is disabled.
