Do I need a special token to check what role is assigned to me?

Currently the Home App does not display any role information.

Maybe the token is not correct when executing the following API?

<friend URL>/__ctl/ExtCell('<my URL>')/_Role

I also tried to assign auth-read permission to the role I am using to login but does not work. It works when I assign root permission.
