copy newest version to "current" automatically #124

Current api-reference "current" is symbolic link to "1.6.0" which is newest version when created "current". We change "current" to fixed directory (not symbolic link) , and copy api-reference files to both newest version directory(ex. 1.6.3) and "current" from jenkins .

docs renewal made this issue obsoleted.
