This PR contains below features.

Related to

PersoniumUnitConfig

Added option io.personium.core.plugin.defaultClassname for plugin classname loaded by default.

PluginLoader update

Made plugin use io.personium.core.plugin.defaultClassname to determine plugin classname to load.
Made io.personium.plugin.base.auth.AuthPluginLoader loadable.
Replaced System.out.println with log.info.

Modifing Test Codes

Added UnitTest for io.personium.core.plugin.PluginManager and io.personium.core.plugin.PluginsLoader
Replaced hard-coded string oidc:google with grantType of mocked class.
Removed tests about verifing id_token (moved to personium-plugins project).
