Pre-install the following components to the final Personium Unit so that the user does not have to install them manually.

[x] personium-plugin-sample
[x] personium-ex-httpclient
[x] personium-ex-mailsender
[x] personium-ex-slack-messenger
[x] personium-ex-ew-services
[x] Unit Manager
[x] Modify Unit Manager login page so that Unit URL is not required.
Currently it is confusing to enter "https://localhost:1210/".
