Vs30 of station TAP112 is NA #13

Base on SiteDatabase_SSHAC_v4.0, TAP112's Vs30_sugg column is NA, report this problem to Dr. Kuo in NCREE.

There has some problem with AW09(Allen and Wald, 2009) estimated Vs30 for TAP112 station, therefore Dr. Kuo removed some AW09 estimated Vs30 in SiteDatabase_SSHAC_v4.0 (like MSUxxx, KNMxxx stations). These records will be removed.
