I linked the buttons on the right side through the NOOK TOUCH TOOLS app to the 
volume. Then in ORION I chose the volume buttons to do paging. If I browse via 
touch to the screen - everything works fine, and if I press the button on the 
right top or bottom - Nook doing reset and within 3 seconds returns to the 
screen of RELAUNCHER.

What if reset this mapping in Orion? If NOOK TOUCH TOOLS produce one additional 
key event then paging with reset mapping should work, but if not....!?

Попробуйте сбросить все mappingи в Орионе, 
возможно заработает
