Remove README cruft #46

I find all the contributor stuff in the README is too long and wordy.

I suggest either moving it to its own file or removing it altogether.

This is the gist I usually use when making new READMEs.

I take your point. Although I think due to the nature of the project the rules are good to have.

I think we should move them to the webpage.
