404 Not Found on all admin pages with q= #200

I'm a newby with nginx, I successfully installed nginx configured with PHP-FPM.

All pages are served working by Nginx except those in admin section which are containg query ?q= like after Submitting the form "clear cache" inside Peformance. For those pages Nginx is always returning a 404 error. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated.

I fixed this error by applying the script of cleaning php.ini
