Adding phone/fax & testing, per issue #19 #20

Per issue #19

pesc:noteMessage removed (in ContactPoint object)
pesc:expirationDate removed (in ContactPoint object)
pesc:attentionLine removed (in ContactPoint object)
pesc:countryPrefixCode unchanged
pesc:areaCityCode removed, include in phone number
pesc:phoneNumber remains, but now includes area code
pesc:phoneNumberExtension unchanged
rdf:type pesc:Phone added

Added test files.

Also, allowed for multiple rdf:type for ContactPoint
