Language codes Vs IRIs #51

In the CEDS Ontology language properties like P000448 (has Instruction Language) have a range includes that means their values should be IRIs that identify skos:Concepts with the ISO 639-2 code as a notation property. e.g. "ceds:NI001038140859" for English.

When using these we have chosen another type of value, the three letter language code "eng", because these are probably what is in the current systems.

If we can figure a way of translating the codes to the ISO values we should.

@4pins @Statfan13 would appreciate your thoughts on this issue. Am I right that asking for URIs like ceds:NI001038140859 would be more problematic to data providers than asking for the ISO 639-2 code?

For the moment, certainly. There is a possibility I will be in the same room as someone from CEDS this week. Is there something I should make a point to discuss with them?

@4pins yes, if you can please do! Thank you.
