For example, I wrote to replace "/!*", and if I fill in the textbox with a "/!
Example text", then it (the entire text that follows after "/!") will be 
replaced
according to my variables sets.

It won't work correctly, because spellchecker does not know when you finished 
typing. 
So it may decide to replace in the middle of the word.

Maybe add a delay after the end of typing?
