Wrong logic: turn off sending ListeningTo for ICQ protocol

ListeningTo

When I turn off sending ListeningTo for ICQ protocol and put xstatus music,
after the change of composition ListeningTo still puts in xstatus text from
the "nothing is playing". It should not change xstatus if I turned off the
sending, is not it?

Wrong logic: turn off sending ListeningTo for ICQ protocol #130
