Show status message for offline #94

Option(similar to CList Modern option) for My Details Plugin to don't 
remove Status Message if i set Status to offline. Users will see what 
status he used last time without needed to open Status Message window (no 
mater if he use core/Simple Away Plugin to set Status Message)
