Scanner does not working with new IITC releases (0.16.4) #1

The scanner is no longer working after the last IITC updates. Are changes planned? Or is the project dead?

To be honest, changes are definitively planned, but – due to the lack of spare time – not anytime soon ... so for now, this project can be considered dead ... yes. A major change to Niantics API a few months ago also introduced a very restrictive API usage limitation, that afaik rendered the original idea behind iitc-server – namely a almost-realtime 24/7 Intel even scanner – impossible. I didn't follow the changes of Niantic's API and IITC since then, so I don't know if things changed in the meantime and what this means in terms of effort needed to bring iitc-server back to life.

But what about you? I kindly encourage you to fork iitc-server and to get your hands dirty. ;)
