missing config file #2

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/Users/matthew/code/cognicity-cards-ng/src/ngsw-config.json'

The reference to this file is in the build-prod-ngsw-jp script in package.json, which in turn is called from build-prod, which in turn is called from build. You can just remove the ngsw part and reference the regular jp build per ccf0a8c6fab4d33f85f140f2c66fff969ecced4f although we don't need any jp build so we can remove that and do some other tidy up, which I've done in 2d1c612ef63be23c5dfedc7a1137dc8d6b01c66d
