Migration error 0.24.0 to 0.25.0

Background

To migrate from Review 0.34.0 to 0.35.0, review-database 0.25.0 is required, but Review 0.34.0 is using review-database 0.24.0. So, when migrating from review 0.34.0 to review 0.34.0(with review-databse 0.25.0), an "invalid model id" error occurred.

review-database 0.25.1 has been released.

FYI. "review-migrate", a tool for database migration is added for migrating database without involving review in this release. The details are explained in the CHANGELOG.

@minshao Thanks for review-migrate By using the review-migrate tool, I can now migrate the review-database from version 0.24.0 to 0.25.0, and consequently, upgrade review from version 0.34.0 to 0.35.0
