feat: diferentiate blocks served in full precision #2

Currently it is not possible to see what blocks (or nodes) are serving blocks in 8 or 16 bit precision. It would very be nice to see this in the overview.

According to discussion on Discord, there's no significant benefit in running servers in full precision instead of int8. Closing.
