Interruption toast appears after a successful Detection, when moving to Review stage #25

Describe the bug When the detection process successfully finishes, users are presented with a modal and a button to take them to the Review stage. When the button is pressed, the interruption toast appears.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Detection
  2. Start and wait for process to finish
  3. Click on Human Review button
  4. See toast

Expected behavior Interrutpion toast should not appear in this case
