pet-battle ui build fails on petbattle-jenkinspb-pull-secret #8

jenkins creates a BC with a secret for push to Quay

this is not in the UJ setup .. so when you run the build, it fails with:

MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "petbattle-jenkinspb-pull-secret-push" : secret "petbattle-jenkinspb-pull-secret" not found
