Figure out why images aren't showing up in Twitter cards correctly. #22

Some pages like /exa/ don't show the image in the Twitter card. We just get a grey box. Figure out why.

diff-so-fancy is similarly afflicted.

URLs in the tags were incorrect. We need a validator as part of make test. See #28
