os3/aros/morphos code missing

Well, I finally got around to looking at this.

Initially, I wanted to integrate the OS3 version properly with the main code, 
but I was unable to come up with a clean solution for the IExec-> etc structs 
with function pointers - at least with gcc, due to the way the 68k version of 
gcc generates macros for os calls. there are some other things to that would 
have meant a lot of ifdefs, so I instead re-implemented my previous patches 
onto the current codebase. I should at least be able to keep it updated on a 
branch.

Please could I have access to the repo, to put the code in a branch - I'll 
branch trunk, and then apply my changes over the top.

code is up. needs some more work and makefile is not finalised yet for building 
for aros/morphos etc. closing this ticket though for now.
