Update CMakeLists to build Oricutron with SDL or SDL2, ... #171

add two github actions to build Oricutron (Ubuntu + Windows) with SDL2 and GTK3 on push (I may add two more to build with SDL1), add a few more files to .gitignore, update copyright and app info in CMakeLists.txt and msvc\Oricutron.rc file and updated ReadMeNinjaCMakeBuild.md
