Feature Request: Approvals required notification #53

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when new approvals need to be actioned, but there is no notification when there are new ones

Describe the solution you'd like When youth members or others submit something approval, there is no notification on Terrain to let us know that there are new approvals to be action.

Something that may not be possible???

There are a few ways I can do this that I am looking into. This may be a after v3 item.

This will require the office 365 integration I am looking to add to version 4
