Sankey animation isn't correct if we move between having data and not having data #12

Steps:

Show a Sankey with data
Modify marking/filtering such that there is no data to show
Modify marking/filtering to show data again

The animation is incorrect. When there is no data to show we simply show a message instead, but when we start showing data again we animate as if the previous chart were visible rather than starting from blank.
