Momentarily (1.5.2) sagerss offers the option "allow HTML". This is handy if browsing blogs with images and some links (in the feeds) only work if this is switched on.
However, "noScript" does not work inside the sage environment and thus, I get ads and even autoplay-movies inside the feed reader. These things get started with (sometimes heavily obscured) Javascript. As sage executes with crome permissons, I would feel much better, if JS could be turned off separately while keeping HTML on.
