What steps will reproduce the problem?

install Firefox (Minefield) 4.0b7pre
Try to add Sage Toolbar Button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Sage Toolbar Button visible in Customize Toolbar window
Sage Toolbar Button visible in Toolbar

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100926 Firefox/4.0b7pre
