OPML export not handling Live Bookmarks properly #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Add a feed to Sage as a Live Bookmark
  2. Export your feeds as OPML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Live Bookmark feed should behave as a regular bookmark would. Instead, it's feed items are included as children.
