Livemarks removal, fix for Issue #93 #95

Hi,

I've removed Livemarks support from Sage to get the extension working in nightly. I haven't tried to maintain backwards compatibility so this probably requires at least Firefox 22.0.

Can someone please merge this fix ASAP. It's been quite a while since I've lost my Sage acceess. I know I'm on Aurora but if there's a fix, why not try it?

Although this does fix the immediate problem, it does so by removing support for Livemarks from Sage. I'm working on a fix that retains support for Livemarks and should have it out soon.

Thanks Pete! My attempt was more of a kludge to get the basics working. :)
