TV show special episodes show as season 0 #614

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Simple solution... just rename season 0 to "Specials" on the fly in ui.  Also 
recommend adding *all episodes menu like in xbmc ui.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
0.8.8-beta1

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Nook color w/ Honeycomb 3

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
11.0 beta3 linux&win 7
