Juke Box mode for parties #634

I think a great feature would be a way to switch the app to a "Jukebox Mode".  
When this feature is enabled, users can only queue music and view the queue.  
No skipping tracks, no playing a song instantly.... just build the queue.  An 
administrator password or something is requird to leave Jukebox Mode or to 
skip/remove tracks.  Great for parties so everyone can participate, but you 
don't want to hear 15 seconds of every song you know.
