Add appendices describing experimental procedures #116

Suggested by @wosnik. Maybe better to just write this at https://github.com/UNH-CORE/turbine-test-bed/wiki since it's a bit more convenient for readers than opening up a huge PDF.

Wiki is great, but this also needs to be in the thesis. Suggestion: write wiki, and just dump into an appendix in thesis.

The wiki will evolve, but there needs to be a record of what you did at the time – with the thesis.

Should also note that many of these procedures are described in the RM2-tow-tank lab notebooks, which are on GitHub and in the data/code archives.

After some finagling, I now have it setup that I can automatically download the wiki pages, convert to LaTeX, and include in the thesis, so we can edit them up on GitHub first.
