Turbine frontal area outline linewidths not equal for CFD vs exp #121

These should be made uniform to look like the experiments.

RVAT-Re-dep has the thicker lines as well. RM2 and RVAT-baseline have thinner lines. Might be easiest to switch all to thicker.
