Add turbulence model formulations #136

Want to try to figure out that large adverse pressure gradient in the SST case.

Actually, there are no pressure terms in either model.

Also questioning whether this is worth the trouble versus pointing to a reference. These equations have a lot of auxiliary relations and constants, which may take a lot of space to define.

Actually thinking putting all turbulence models into an appendix, as @wosnik suggested, would be better for not breaking up the flow of the text.

As of now there are a bunch of equations but this really needs some cleanup.
