Add dynamic stall model equations to ALM chapter #148

Suggested by @wosnik. This would be a pretty big undertaking, but I will try to get the main points across, and the equations I feel have the largest effect.

Might just add the equation for alpha_prime and maybe f_double_prime and how the normal force coefficient is related to these.
