Currently, there's no way to just add a page and have it show up in the navigation.

The pages model will provide that, and be perfect for something like an 'About' page.

[x] Create page model in Sanity
[x] Add a hero unit to the page model with an image
[x] Add a content block unit to the page model
[x] Make it possible to surface the page in the main navigation
[x] Surface pages that are marked as visible in the main navigation in Sveltekit nav component
