Compile several example FHX files for manual and tutorials #114

We need a set of FHX files (maybe 3) to use for the FHAES manual: one that is a “classic SW ponderosa pine”, something longer interval/mixed severity (larch, Douglas-fir), and another one that’s just kind of weird – maybe very few samples, very few scars, etc.

Added Elaine's test files to the source repository. These are offered to the user by the installation wizard.
