Year range not wired up in FHInterval when then AnalysisType is set to 'Sample' #136

FHInterval analysis works fine with a restricted time period (i.e. startYear = 1800 and endYear =1900) when the AnalysisType is set to 'Composite' but not when AnalysisType set to 'Sample'. With 'Sample' AnalysisType it seems the calculations are done for 'all years' regardless of the parameters passed.
