Implement assigning categories to series #15

Users would like to be able to group series in the chronology plot into categories e.g. species. Unfortunately the FHX file format does not provide the mechanism for storing such info so until we can migrate to TRiDaS format we will need to implement a work around.

The most obvious method is to have an interface where the user can load a CSV file containing two columns: series identifier and category name.
