Include/exclude series with no events #41

Provide the user with the option to include or exclude series with no events with the option remembered via preferences. It should be implemented with respect to segments so that if a segment of a series contains no series then it should be included/excluded accordingly.

Note that with this option enabled it may be that one or more segments have zero series available for analysis. This should be handled in an elegant way.
