Fix percent scarred misunderstanding #48

Misunderstanding on 'percent scarred' calculation. This should be

(events/recorders)*100

not

(recorders/total) *100.

Reopening as this doesn't appear to be fixed. Attached is a screenshot which contains four years with events. These are all marked as 100% when they should be: 1912 = 1/6 = 17% 1918 = 1/5 = 20% 1921 = 1/5 = 20% 1924 = 2/5 = 40%
