Fix layout issues in group 5 error checking interface

Erroneous file interface would be better if the two text scroll panels were linked (one scroll bar moves both) as it would be nice to see changes side-by-side. Likewise layout width should be 50:50.
'Original' file panel on left word-wraps bigger files
