Progress bar logic fails for empty features, stepless scenarios and backgrounds

The logic introduced in #5 fails when the cucumber JSON report includes any of the following:

• empty features (no elements array under the feature JSON)
• stepless scenarios (no steps array under the element JSON)
• backgrounds (no result object under the step JSON)
