I may have missed something in Mike's tutorial but was the MediaEngineUWP.dll file supposed to be committed in the Assets folder? In my Debug deployment I was noticing this being thrown:
Stack: "Exception thrown: 'System.DllNotFoundException' in Assembly-CSharp.dll"
