Org.WebRtc plugin has conflicting SDK values. #2

When I try to build the project it crashes with the following error:

Exception: Org.WebRtc plugin has conflicting SDK values. LibraryCollection.RegisterPlugins (System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable1[T] plugins, System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable1[T] incompatiblePlugins)

I'm using Unity 2018.1.3
