Small tool I use in my vim setup.

There are a couple things I was wanting to check on before merging:

• There are multiple commits in this PR that do not relate to matcher. Could you make just 1 commit with the addition of the matcher file?
• This tool isn't too well known. Could you add a tips secion (seen in other packages like mysql) with a quick overview of commands?
• When installing I'm receiving the following warning. Is this avoidable?
