Selecting what is synced #22

Binary artifacts are being synced to my computer senselessly. I've tried looking for how to ignore parts but I don't see anything. One of the pull requests said something about a . syncignore but I can't find it anywhere.

You need to create /home/nitrous/code/.syncignore manually in your container.

Ohh that's great to know. Would you take a PR with that in some documentation somewhere?
