The actual meaning of this is "rotate to the closest multiple of the rotation step". It basically alignes things after docking: if your docking angle is 0.74°, it rotates to 0° to align everything. Let me know if you want to fix this, or if maybe your translation is fine and Google Translate is just confusing me.
