Ignore VCR support file #9

Coveralls is giving a 99% coverage because it doesn't like the fact that the VCR support file doesn't run recording in Travis CI.

This will ignore that file... I think?

Coverage increased (+0.93%) when pulling 96547eaf0709fb6d7b30bdeba03cbc2404d6d959 on make_coverage_100 into de39c9b5b21481903d95bf4821a1e5477088db36 on master.
