Combining Peter's payment method screens with my stuff #29

Should be an easy merge! Peter added all his view payment and add payment stuff to the components folder. His design and variable usage just have to be changed to match the other components/screens.

An attribute for payment methods will be used. Most likely an array containing this payment information.
